Design

We've designed the Summertown Wine Café to be a place where you can relax and decompress from the crazy world we find ourselves in.  We have a lovely sunny Conservatory at the back that looks out onto the garden. 

Menu: simple and delicious

Our café menu is short and simple; the best ingredients well presented and quickly served.  We're not a restaurant - there are already enough good ones we're happy to recommend in Summertown - but if you're after something simple and delicious to complement your wine or coffee/tea, then we should have something to tempt you.  Our pastries and cakes are locally made.  Our cheese and cold meat platters are sensational.

Monday - Saturday:   8.30am - 11pm

Sunday:                     10am  - 10pm

Great Coffee

All our staff are barista trained and we take great pride in our coffee, so if you consider yourself an aficionado, please do give ours a try.

The Team

We chose the term joie de vivre (joy of life, just in case your Franglais is a little rusty) to capture the essence of what we hope Summertown Wine Café means to you.  No matter how good our coffee, wine, food, prices and design are, let's face it; staff are the difference between a good experience and a great one.  We hope to welcome you soon.
