Whether you're looking for an evening of wine tasting with friends, a venue for a a private party, or somewhere a little different to meet clients, the Summertown Wine Cafe is available to hire for almost any size of group.

All parties and private tastings are quoted on an individual basis, to allow us to provide exactly what you're looking for.  The prices below provide a guide to 'hire-only' prices, but please contact us with details of your event (date, size of group, private party/tasting, and rough budget if desired), and we'll get back to you with an individually tailored quote.

The Whole Place
A maximum of 120 people for up to 5 hours: £1,000.

The Conservatory
A maximum of 60 people for up to 5 hours.  Sunday – Wednesday £300.  Thursday – Saturday £600.

Half the Conservatory
A maximum of 25 people for up to 5 hours.  Sunday – Wednesday £150.  Thursday – Saturday £300.

The Snug Room
A maximum of 12 people for up to 5 hours.  Sunday – Wednesday £50.  Thursday – Saturday £100.
